If, for any reason, we believe that our Terms and Conditions have not been upheld, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our website without prior notice or liability.

EDC Republic Inc. Return Policy

 

Effective Date: October 1, 2020

EDC Republic Inc., doing business as Texas Underground Armory and EDC Concepts, is committed to customer satisfaction and our return policy reflects this commitment with a “no hassle” sixty (60) day return policy.  Please see below for details.

In Store Purchase Returns

Within 60 days of purchase, EDC Republic Inc. will issue a refund to the original form of payment as outlined below.

Returns with original receipt

At customer’s preference, funds will be applied to the original form of payment, made available through merchandise credit, or merchandise exchange.

Returns with gift receipt

At customer’s preference, funds will be made available through merchandise credit, or merchandise exchange only.

Returns with no receipt

If you do not have a valid receipt, EDC Republic Inc. will attempt to verify the purchase if it was made with a credit or debit card. If EDC Republic Inc. verifies the purchase, we will give you a refund of the purchase price in the original form of payment, or an even exchange of the merchandise. If EDC Republic Inc. cannot verify the purchase, we will give you a merchandise credit equal to the item's lowest price sold within the past 90 days, or an even exchange of the merchandise. Customers must present valid government-issued photo identification (ID) to make a return without a receipt.

TexasUndergroundArmory.com and EDCConcepts.com Purchase Returns

Within 60 days of purchase, EDC Republic Inc. will issue a refund to the original form of payment as outlined below.

You can return merchandise purchased at TexasUndergroundArmory.com and EDCConcepts.com to any EDC Republic Inc. retail location for refund, merchandise credit or exchange.  You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for returns by parcel carrier/mail for refund.  To obtain an RMA number, please contact Customer Care for Assistance.  They can be contacted at 936-777-8140 or by email at CustomerCare@TexasUA.com.

Return to store

If you purchased merchandise from TexasUndergroundArmory.com and EDCConcepts.com, your packing slip is your receipt. You can obtain a copy of your packing slip at TexasUndergroundArmory.com and EDCConcepts.com using Order Status or by contacting Customer Care for assistance. If you have a valid packing slip, EDC Republic Inc. will give you a refund of the purchase price, less other TexasUndergroundArmory.com and EDCConcepts.com charges (unless you are eligible to receive a refund of such charges - see below for more information), in the original form of payment, or an even exchange of the merchandise.

If you do not have a valid packing slip, EDC Republic Inc. will attempt to help you obtain a copy. Return by parcel carrier/mail

Return by parcel carrier/mail will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  To obtain an RMA number, please contact Customer Care for Assistance.  They can be contacted at 936-777-8140 or by email at CustomerCare@TexasUA.com.

EDC Republic Inc. will issue refunds after it has received and inspected the returned merchandise.  Items purchased online and picked up in store are not eligible for return by parcel/carrier and must be returned in store.

Notice of Fraud

EDC Republic Inc. is committed to keeping our prices low everyday by preventing fraud and abuse in the return process.  We carefully monitor returns for fraud and abuse, and we reserve the right to limit returns or exchanges, regardless of your presentation of a valid receipt or packing slip.

EDC Republic Inc. reserves the right to limit or refuse returns as follows

Returned merchandise must be resalable

Except if there is a product defect, in-transit product damage, or a valid product performance issue, returned merchandise must be resalable (no visible wear or usage), in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

Returns to a store without a receipt or packing slip require valid identification

EDC Republic Inc. requires valid government-issued photo identification (ID) for all returns without a valid receipt or packing slip. Examples of valid ID include, but may not be limited to U.S., Canada or Mexico Driver License, Passport, U.S. Military ID, or State-issued ID card.  EDC Republic Inc. may review and retain your ID information and return history solely for purposes of authorizing returns and preventing return fraud and abuse.

Limit returns and exchanges

Regardless of your presentation of a valid receipt or packing slip, EDC Republic Inc. may limit or refuse returns, deactivate merchandise credits, and gift cards. EDC Republic Inc. may take reasonable action to prevent fraud and abuse and to otherwise enforce this Policy and all other policies, laws, rules, and regulations governing EDC Republic Inc., its customers, and their shopping experience.

Our commitment to meeting vendor and governmental requirements

Select vendors, suppliers, and/or governmental entities may require different return policies. The following items are included as exceptions to the return policy and may not be inclusive of all exceptions.  Please contact Customer Care or a sales associate for more assistance.

New Firearms

With the exception of brands manufactured or sold exclusively by EDC Republic Inc., all firearm sales are final, and customers must return any damaged or defective firearm to the manufacturer for warranty repair or claims.

Used Firearms

EDC Republic Inc. will consider refunds and exchanges for used guns on a case by case basis.

 

Used Optics, Illumination devices and Electronic Sights

All used optics, illumination devices and electronic sight sales are final.

Consignment Sales

All consignment sales are final.

Ammunition

With the exception of brands manufactured or sold exclusively by EDC Republic Inc., all ammunition sales are final, and customers must return any damaged or defective ammunition to the manufacturer for warranty repair or claims.

Shooting and Reloading Accessories

All sales of explosive binary targets, smokeless powder, smokeless propellant, primers, reloading lead, brass, or bullets are final, and customers must return any damaged or defective merchandise to the manufacturer for warranty repair or claims.

Mouth Calls

All mouth call sales are final.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are redeemable for merchandise and in-store services at any EDC Republic Inc. store or for merchandise at EDC Republic Inc..com. Customers cannot redeem EDC Republic Inc. gift cards for cash or credit unless required by state law, and EDC Republic Inc. cannot replace lost, stolen, or altered cards. In certain states, gift card balances of less than a certain amount may be redeemable for cash. Check the law of your state for more information. Customers may return unused gift cards for a refund of the gift card's purchase price with a valid receipt or packing slip and valid government-issued photo identification (ID).

Transfer Fees

Transfer Fees are not refundable.

Shipping & Handling and other associated fees

Refunds and merchandise credits are for returned merchandise total only, shipping and handling charges, as well as any fees, are non-refundable.

Restocking fees may apply, but capped at twenty percent (20%).

MISCELLANEOUS POLICIES

  • PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

  • GENERAL FIREARM SALES

All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items.

  • SECURE TRANSMISSION

All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). A Transport Layer Security (TLS) Certificate (or SSL Certificate) creates an encrypted connection between a Web site and a visitor's Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the Web site and the browser remains private and secure.

  • ORDER FULFILLMENT

All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3 - 10 business days using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx.

  • ONLINE PRICE & DESCRIPTION ERRORS

Online inventory changes every day. Occasionally an item may appear on the site by mistake or the item's description may contain a typographical error. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures or prices on our site are error-free. We reserve the right to refuse any order including but not limited to orders for items with errors in the description or price. In the event that we cancel an order we will not charge the customer's credit card or we will refund the money.

  • AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
